Chris has been in the plumbing and natural gas/propane utility industry for 23 years. He joined the Rheem Commercial Water team in 2022 as a Technical Trainer. Chris started his first 17 years at SoCalGas where he held various positions including Field Service Technician, Quality Assurance Inspector, Operations Training Instructor, and Operations Training Supervisor. In 2017, Chris started a new career with Hawaii Gas as the Customer Service Technical Specialist. His responsibilities included developing and facilitating training classes to Service Technicians. These training classes focused on how to troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial gas appliances, identify and repair gas leaks in plumbing systems, and provide exceptional customer service. When Chris is not working, he enjoys playing hockey, stand-up paddling, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and two Australian Shepherds.
