Eric has spent his entire professional career in the plumbing industry. As a plumbing contractor in Reno, Eric was the area’s leading tankless installer for six years and a certified field technician for Navien, Noritz, and Takagi. He also served as a maintenance manager for Tesla for three years, where he created hundreds of standard operating procedures that are still used today. Prior to joining Rheem, Eric was the Western-U.S. plumbing trade manager for Katerra Construction.

Eric holds numerous certifications, including the Nevada Board of Plumbing Examiners (NBOPE) Journeyman & Master Plumber, PHCC Journeyman Plumber, NCCER Journeyman Plumber, and a C1 Nevada Contractor license.

Eric is married to his high school sweetheart and together they have two teenage boys. When he is not working, he can be found fishing, boating, and racing go karts.
