With over 20 years in the finishing industry, Jennifer Bach has worked alongside her husband Bryant, co-owner of Glacier Millworks, in everything from field painting and faux finishing to refinishing cabinets and shop pre-finishing. Now she is the Systems Coach at Glacier Millworks. In this role she helps create clarity, flow, and systems that allow both people and craftsmanship to thrive at Glacier Millworks and with those they work with.
