Mike Amaral is the Manager of Architectural Sales for PABCO® Gypsum. Mike’s focus is to provide the architectural community with the tools needed to specify an acoustic solution that meets design goals, client requirements, and is understandable to the builder. Mike was one of the founding members of Quiet Solution, Inc. a high-tech startup that invented and patented the first sound damped gypsum panel that became QuietRock®. This model constrained-layer damped gypsum panel is changing the way we construct high STC rated walls. Mike has presented educational sessions on acoustics and sound control throughout North America. Leading with technical expertise, Mike has built relationships with architects, specifiers, builders, contractors, and dealers throughout North America.
