Glen Phillips has worked with retailers, school districts, architects, and commercial building owners to help implement sustainable development practices. He has played a central role in the development of several sustainable building rating systems including LEED for Retail. Glen was also a significant contributor towards the creation of the LEED 2009 Reference Guides and the LEED AP Study Guide series. Glen develops and delivers trainings and other educational material to designers and consultants, and is comfortable with both in-person and online formats. In his spare time as a father of two inexplicably energetic girls, Glen volunteers time with the Green Building Interest Group, a working subcommittee of the Cascadia branch of USGBC, and continues a biomimetic pondering of today's major issues.
