Harassment and discrimination continue to impact the safety, mental health, and professional development of workers across architecture, engineering, and construction. This course examines the prevalence and impact of sexual harassment within the AEC sector, highlighting how unsafe or hostile environments undermine worker well-being and project outcomes. Participants will review legal definitions, employer responsibilities, and best practices for prevention, intervention, and fostering inclusive, respectful work cultures that safeguard health, safety, and welfare on every job site and within every firm.
