John Kovolyan is the Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes and Southeast Regions of Fortress Railing Products, where he also serves as the Architectural Strategy Lead. As the son of a residential general contractor, John has been immersed in the construction and building materials industry his entire life, developing a deep understanding of how products are specified, sold, and installed.
Throughout his career, John has worked across nearly every level of the building materials industry, including roles as a laborer, project manager, Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Architectural Sales Manager. This diverse background allows him to effectively collaborate with Architects and Designers, Distributors, Dealers and Lumberyards, and Contractors, bridging the gap between design intent and real-world application.
John grew up in Northeast Ohio and currently resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors.
