Brandon Faber leads the nationwide school security division at TownSteel, where he focuses on advancing innovative door hardware solutions that promote safer, more secure learning environments. In this role, he works directly with school districts, safety specialists, and industry partners to address real-world challenges with practical, code-compliant security solutions.
Brandon brings over 15 years of law enforcement experience to his position, having served in various capacities including Police Sergeant, School Resource Officer, Background Investigator, Field Training Officer, and Patrol Officer. This diverse background gives him a deep understanding of law enforcement operations, crisis management, regulations, and effective security practices.
His dedication to safety extends beyond his daily work through active involvement in organizations such as ASIS International, NASRO, and the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS), where he serves on the technical committee.
