Business Development Representative – NorthEast Region

Jennifer has joined our School Safety team at TownSteel. In her role, she educates school administration on security options to further assist in classroom safety. Jennifer’s background will assist in collaborating and building relationships with these key partners. Her expertise in active shooter training combined with engaged student instruction will be beneficial in forging relationships with stakeholders.
Jennifer's Background
Jennifer Farrell is a former Detective Sergeant with 17 years of law enforcement experience. During her career, she served as a D.A.R.E. officer, School Resource Officer, Juvenile Officer and ALERRT civilian active shooter response instructor – roles driven by her passion for improving school security. Farrell holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of New Haven.
