This course explores the building science behind rainscreen assemblies and ventilated wall systems, emphasizing the role of capillary breaks, drainage gaps, and airflow in protecting occupant health, safety, and long-term building durability.
Keith Lolley
Keith Lolley is the President of Advanced Building Products, Inc., a leading US based manufacturer of entangled net technologies. Keith also serves on the board of directors for Advanced Building Products, along with being past co-chair of the Rainscreen Association in North America (RAiNA) Residential Committee. Keith was also a founding member of the Building Enclosure Moisture Management Institute.
Keith has been with Advanced Building Products for twenty-eight years. Before being named President in August of 2017, Keith served as the National Sales Manager where he has been very hands on in the development of technical sales training, distribution partnerships, marketing initiatives, and product development.
In 2025, after many years in the development stages, Keith was awarded three new product patents. Now Keith is working to build a team for the future and avenues to bring these new ideas to life.
Before getting involved in the construction industry, Keith got his start in the music industry working for Sony Music in New York City. Working in contract negotiations and artist marketing is where Keith developed a love for taking an unknown entity and making it a household name.
